Blanche W. Screptock, 83, of east Toledo passed away Friday, May 15, 2009 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg. Blanche was born in Trilby, Ohio on December 20, 1925, to Joseph and Jennie (Isbinski) Oleson. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Blanche was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael and her sister, Sonia Myers. Surviving are her children, Sonia Screptock, David Screptock; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Geri Traub. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-7 p.m. at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park, at St. Rt. 163 and I-280. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Blanche's memory are asked to consider the American Heart Association.
