Bonnie L. McGeorge, 82, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 in Otterbein Portage Valley. Bonnie was born in Graytown, Ohio on March 2, 1939 to Jerry and Irene (Arndt) Gibson. She attended Oak Harbor High School and graduated in 1959. On November 10, 1962 she married the love of her life, John McGeorge. Bonnie was employed as a waitress with the Holiday Inn French Quarter and sold Princess House crystal and Finelle cosmetics. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, past president of the St. Charles Hospital Guild and enjoyed decorating cakes, playing Bunco and spending time with her family. Bonnie had a special place in many hearts and will surely be missed by all who knew her. Bonnie is survived by her sons, Gerald (Georgia) McGeorge and Thomas (Carol) McGeorge; grandchildren, Anthony (Autumn Spitler), Cody, Caleb McGeorge, Angela (Brandon) Henninger, Faith (Luke) Sutter, Brittany (Blake) Traver; great-grandchildren, Braydon Henninger, Austin Henninger, Jonathan McGeorge, Lillian Sutter, Elsie Sutter, Sadie Traver, Noah Spitler and one more great-grandchild on the way; sister-in-law, Kathleen Gibson and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; brother, Galen "Hoot" and sister Darla Snyder. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280) on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. The family will also greet friends on Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, 26535 Pemberville Rd. Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 from 10 am until the time of funeral services at 11: 00 AM. Interment will follow at Elliston Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be directed to Mercy St. Charles Hospital Guild or Zion Lutheran Church.
