Bonnie Lynn Simmons – Corder, passed away on March 23rd, 2023. She was born in Toledo on September 27th, 1947 to Lois T. Simmons. She loved children and was known as "Nona" by many. Gardening and camping were one of her favorite hobbies. She retired from Doehler Jarvis and was also an avid volunteer for many campaigns. Her laugh, love, and great sense of humor will be missed by many.

"Living God, although my tears are flowing, I feel blessed that when my mother took her last breath, she entered heaven's gates. I miss her dearly, but I cling to your promise of salvation for those who place their faith in you. I thank you that my mother is now in your presence, free from pain, suffering, and tears. May she rest in Paradise and help me to honor her memory by living a life of selfless love and service. Amen." Words by her loving son, Jason.

She is survived by her children, Jason (Geri) Corder, Kristy – Susan Towns – Diffenderfer. Her grandchildren, Kate, Bri, Dani, Paige, Taylor, Alex, and Rachael. Her niece, Suzanne. Nephews, Doug and Tom, and brother, Mike.

She is preceded in death by her mother, her son Kenny, and sister, Charlene.

Family plans to have graveside services on May 5th, 2023 2pm at Toledo Memorial Park.
