Bonnie M. Piatt Weddle, 84, of Curtice, Ohio passed away on March 31st , 2022 at home in the presence of her family. Bonnie was born on August 29th, 1937 in Mantua Ohio to Mildred Springer Piatt and Herschel E. Piatt. Bonnie worked at the five and ten in 1957 in Woodsfeild, Ohio where she met the love of her life, David O. Weddle, and began her life as a devoted mother and housewife. Dave preceded her in death in 2013. She and Dave started their family and were blessed with 3 children. Bonnie enjoyed vacations and traveling to the Homeplace on weekends she also went to the family Reunion yearly. Bonnie and her daughter Carol were very best friends always together shopping and going to yard sales. She enjoyed Sunday dinners with the family and playing gestures, card games, crossword puzzles, and puzzles of any kind. Also enjoyed dinners at Frisch's Big Boy with her grandkids. Bonnie is survived by her children David (Wayne) (Bethany) Weddle, and Mike (Jill) Weddle. Granddaughter Ashley (Manual) Alvarez. grandson, Nick (Lindsay) Weddle. Jacob (Melinda) Hainer, Zachary (Torie) Hainer. Great-grandchildren; Cody Alvarez, Antonio Alvarez, Taryn Rodriguez, and Memaw to Ava Hainer. In addition to her husband, Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Daughter Carol Ann Weddle, Grandson; Joshua Hainer, and her 5 brothers Harley, Carl, Guy, Kenneth, and Cecil Piatt. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 6 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Allen Township Cemetery.
