Brad A. Lewis 29, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away Monday, June 20, 2016. Brad was born on August 18, 1986 in Oregon, Ohio to Terry and Deborah (Belcik) Lewis. He was a 2005 graduate of Lake High School, where he was a standout athlete in golf and baseball. He holds the school record for home runs hit in a single season and was second team all - state in 2005. He also excelled at golf; holding many school records and winning many golf tournaments with his father. Brad was musically talented; having a lead role in the high school musical, South Pacific and auditioning for American Idol. His true passion was spending time reading the bible and spending time with his family. Brad is survived by his mother, Deborah Wiedmann; father, Terry (Diane) Lewis II; siblings, Grant (Alexandra) Lewis, Ashley Lewis, Michael (Chelsea) Lewis, Terry D. Lewis III; aunts, Jackie (Jim) White, Beverly (Tom) Chinavare; uncles, James Belcik and Gary Lewis; nieces & nephews, Hunter, Ayva, Aria; along with many loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Aloysius & Lee Belcik and Terry & Evelyn Lewis; step-father, Robert Wiedmann; aunt, Cathy Lewis; and uncle, Steve Belcik. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday, June 23, 2016 from 4:00 pm -8:00 pm and Friday, June 24, 2016 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
