Braulio 'œLal' A. Garza Braulio 'œLal' Garza, 66 of Swanton, Ohio passed away May 4, at St. Lukes Hospital. 'œLal' was born in Weslaco, Texas to Ramon and Elodia Garza on February 9, 1946. Braulio married Mary (Duran) Garza 45 years ago. Braulio worked for Chrysler for 30 years until he retired in 2001. Braulio loved drawing, reading, watching old movies, and spending time with all of his grandchildren. Surviving is his loving wife, Mary; children, Cynthia Eva 'œTitina' (Stacey Simmons), Nicole Marie 'œCraze' (Robert Garcia), Mona Lisa 'œBabygirl' (Edmundo Ruiz), only son Joseph Adam 'œJito' Garza, and special nephew Manuel 'œMemo' (Melinda) Mora; grandchildren, Roberto 'œPapi' Ribas (son of Robert Ribas), Anthony II 'œTaz' and Alex 'œBig Al' Urbina (sons of Anthony Urbina), Julian Ramon 'œWedo' and Joaquin Romero Simmons, Mia Angel , Maria Esperanza 'œMayita,' and Edmundo 'œFast Eddie' Ruiz; siblings, Connie (Jesse) Corpus, Onecimo 'œWoody' (Lisa) Garza, Esmeralda (Luis) Garza, Sally (Isabel) Esquivel, Rick (Maria) Garza, Ruben 'œRivas' (Sharon) Garza, Irma Garza, Rogelio 'œRoy' (Diane) Garza, and Yolanda Garza (Brian) Pollock; many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Braulio was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother Raul, brother Ramon Garza Jr, Daniel Esquivel, and 'œCompadre' Joe Alvarado. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-9 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 South Coy Road.
