Brian M. Lind, 61, of Curtice, Ohio passed away June 30, 2012 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 23, 1951 to Lionel 'œBlair' and Elizabeth (Schnee) Lind. Brian was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. He was a self employed farmer and worked many years on the family turkey farm. Brian enjoyed hunting, fishing and caring for his many animals. Surviving are his mother, Elizabeth Lind; brothers, James (Connie) and Lloyd (Heidi); sisters, Sharon (Dave) Dean and Jennifer (Mark) Mentzer; brother-in-law, Tom Lajti; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Sue, Katie and Emmett. Brian was preceded in death by his father, and sister, Sandy Lajti. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S.
