Briana L. Belair, 29, of Port Clinton, Oh, passed away December 30, 2016. Briana was born in Toledo on July 3, 1987 to Keith and Joanne (Wisniewski) Belair. She graduated in 2005 from Penta Career Center in Cosmetology and Woodmore High School. In her spare time, Briana loved to draw and do artwork, and play with her niece and nephews and teach them silly songs. She will be sadly missed by her mother, Joanne (Joe) Bires; father, Keith Belair; sisters, Christi (Steven) Kujawski, Mallary (TJ Ray) Belair and Jackie Belair; the loves of her life, her niece and nephews, Azlyn, Harper, Elias, and Brexton; her Busia, Marcie Wisniewski, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation and service will be on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280) Visitation will begin at 10:00 am until time of memorial service at 2:00 pm.
