Carl T. Howard Jr., 81 of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Mercy St, Vincent Medical Center. Carl was born in Middlesbourgh, Kentucky on August 16, 1936 to Carl and Rita (Bussell) Howard. Carl had worked at Dunn Chevy Olds as the manager of the body shop and also retired from Messenger Appraiser Company where he was an appraiser for 28 years. He was a proud member to the Barton Smith Masonic Lodge. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Mary Lou, sons, Michael (Jennifer) and Rick Howard; grandchildren, Brad (Briane) Howard, Brandy (Eric) Schuffenecker, Kristina Howard, Kevin Howard; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Sandra Ledbetter; special aunt, Sue Frantz; special friends, Nancy Pratt and Edgil Mann; many nieces and nephews.
