Carl R. Miller, 68, of Millbury, OH, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2006, in St. Luke's Hospital. He was born on February 22, 1938, in Telford, PA, to Samuel and Edna (Landis) Miller. Carl was an Air Force veteran and worked for Tempglass as a truck driver for 18 years, retiring in 2000. He was a life member of the NRA, North American Hunt Club and Teamsters Local 20. He also raised Bob White Quail for years.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Jean; sons, Dean (Sandy), Gene (Diane), Todd, Joe (Beverly) and Scott (Marilyn) Miller; daughter, Robin Schaller; grandchildren, Sara, Lucas, Gene Jr. (Angelina), Cody, Kayla, Kelsey, Eric, Kirk, Marc, Sam and Alexa Miller and Abby Curtis; several siblings and blended family, John and Heather Curtis and Andrew and Alex.
Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd., Millbury, OH, on Friday, April 14 2006, from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. with interment following in Lake Township Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy in Carl's memory can be made to the charity of the donor's choice. The family extends special thanks to Carl's friends, Ray and Jeff Chamberlain of General Pro Hardware-Whitehouse, OH and Drs. Bhatia and Biswas for all their loving care.
