Carlene S. Costello, 64, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family Sunday, January 12, 2025. Carlene was born March 23, 1960, in Oregon, Ohio, to William and Mary (Double) Callahan. She was a graduate of Lake High School and worked in landscaping. Carlene later worked for Hirzel Canning and cleaned houses with her daughter. She was an avid motorcycle rider and treasured the time spent with family, especially her children and grandchildren. The family often shared in trips to Cedar Point, the Toledo Zoo, camping at Mohican State Park, and visiting her daughter in Florida

Carlene is survived by her partner, Matt Angel; children, Jamie Costello and Greg Costello Jr.; grandchildren, Samantha, Keasija, Kashess, Kingston, Kaleb, and Kaiden; great-grandson, Michael; sisters, Darlene (Joe) Costello and Marlene Cole; along with nieces, nephews, loving family members and dear friends. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Greg Costello; and brother-in-law, Mark Cole.

The family will receive friends at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280) Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 1:00 pm until funeral service at 7:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy may be directed in the form of donations to Southern Care Hospice or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
