Caroline J. Sybert, 74, of Walbridge, OH passed away September 27, 2006, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Toledo on January 19, 1932, to Franklin and Hazel Prater. Caroline was an LPN for 12 years with the former Eastview Nursing Home. She was a member of the Bible Temple Church. She was the best mother anyone could have and will be dearly missed by all. She is survived by her children, Pauline (Charlie) Rosenbalm, Gloria Kopp, Janet (Charles) Prater, Linda Quinn, Judy, John and Frank Mercer and Barbara (Thomas) Moore; brother, Bobby (Ken) Prater; sisters, Rosemary (Bud) Miller, Helen Watkins and Kathy Morris; former husband and dear friend, John Sybert Jr.; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Edward and Michael Mercer and brothers, Johnny, Donny, Ronny and Bud Prater. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Friday, September 29, 2006, from 2-9 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Maumee, OH.
