Carol A. Baker, 81, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 21, 1944 to John and Edna (Fulcher) Dell. She graduated from Woodward High School and would later go on to work for various companies in the automotive industry. Carol enjoyed going camping, fishing and bowling. She also enjoyed watching WWE, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and playing BINGO. Carol also found joy in crocheting and telling Pete what to do, but what she cherished most was her loving family.

Carol is survived by her partner of 61 years, Pete Baker; daughter, Leisa Baker, brother, David (Marge) Dell; sisters, Sherry Hammond and Rosemary (Jeffrey) West and many loving nieces, nephews and loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Cathy Cedoz; brother-in-law, David Hammond; and niece, Samantha Toothacre.

The family will receive friends at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, Ohio, 43616 on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
