Carol Ann Vorraber, 60, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, August 8, 2003. Carol was born on August 8, 1943 at Children Hospital in Washington D.C. to Bob and Helen(Lowe) Duncan.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her loving son, Robert J. Vorraber. Carol is survived by her loving
husband of 37 years, William Vorraber Jr., sons; David (Heather) Vorraber of Toledo, Ohio and Charlie (Bobbie) Johnsen of New Hampshire; grandson, London Vorraber; sister; Joan Edwards; niece, Teresa Edwards and nephew, Bruce Edwards all of Waldorf, Maryland.
Carol was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed gardening and working around the house. She was a hair dresser for many years and worked for Ambassador Greeting Cards at the area Pharm Stores. She found enjoyment in scrapbooking, working on little projects, being very crafty and was very accomplished in stitchery
to crewel work. Carol was a very loving grandmother and brought joy and smiles to her friends and family. One
of Carol's greatest satisfactions was visiting with her grandson, London.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11, 2003 from 2-9 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral
Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Those wishing to make a memorial tribute are asked to consider (a college fund for her only grandson) the London Vorraber College
Fund.
