Carole L. Finger, 57, passed away on November 17, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Houston, Texas on January 2, 1956 to John and Jean (Dietsch) Woy. Carole worked as a technical assistant for Teledyne Turbine Engine for 18 years. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. Carole enjoyed quilting, Bible study, cooking, traveling, reading and fishing. Carole is survived by her children, Eric A. Finger, Emily S. Finger and Kathryn A. Finger; siblings, Daniel (Sherri) Oberg, David and John Oberg; mother, Jean 'œMarilyn' (Edward) Derby. She was preceded in death by her father, John. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday at Faith United Methodist Church, 3415 Starr Ave., Oregon beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private.
