Carolyn Ann Lewandowski, 81, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 3, 1943 to Francis and Kathryne (Helvey) Dietsche. Carolyn graduated from Notre Dame Academy and would later marry the love of her life, Thomas P. Lewandowski on May 8, 1965. She was a lifelong member of Good Shephard Church until its closing. Carolyn was an avid reader with a large collection, she also enjoyed watching home makeover shows, Game Show Network and cheering on the Detroit Lions, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Michigan Wolverines, Cleveland Indians and Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes. What Carolyn cherished most was her loving family.

She is survived by her children, Christopher (Sherry) Lewandowski Sr., Thomas (Kristyn) Lewandowski, John (Tammy) Lewandowski, Lynda (Robert Scott) Lewandowski, Ann (Chris Freeman) Melman; sister, Barbara Owczarzak; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas P. Lewandowski; sister, Patricia (Paul) Zeiler; brother-in-law, Marvin Owczarzak; granddaughter, Stephany Nino and great-grandson, Ke'Marion Wilder.

Family and friends may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, Ohio on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. The family will also greet friends at Epiphany of the Lord Parish-St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 729 White St., Toledo, Ohio, 43605 on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
