Cary Altenbaugh, 54, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on September 30, 2021. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 15, 1966 to Charles Altenbaugh and Connie (Gribble) Bork. Cary worked as a welder at Universal Urethane for several years. He was history buff, enjoyed playing video games and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers. He was an animal lover and adored his canine companion, Pebbles. Cary is survived by his mother, Connie; children, Heather Lynn Duenas; step-children, Heather (Darryl), Carolyn, Jennifer (Marco) Kelly , Jami (Anthony); siblings, Charles, Christine (Robert), Christian, Rebecca; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special friend, Lyn Foxe. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy; father, Charles; granddaughter, Samantha; and son-in-law, Gary. In accordance with Cary's wishes, services will remain private.
