Catherine F. Briggle, 82, of Genoa, Ohio, passed away on June 2, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on August 17, 1933 to William and Bridget (Kelliher) Robinson and was proud of her Irish Heritage. Catherine was a retired cashier for the Genoa Area Schools, a member of St. John's UCC, Genoa, and the OES, Woodbine Chapter #61. She was a well-known seamstress and sewed many articles for the local schools and was active with the Elmore Senior Center. More than anything, Catherine loved being with her family and her beloved grandchildren. Catherine is survived by her daughters, Sheila (Russ) Tucker, Robin (Randy) Miller; grandchildren, Alyssa (Jason) Bickley, Amanda, Tyler (Emily Sifuentes), Kevin, Kyle Miller; sister, Noreen Yoder; she is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; son, Kevin; sister, Mary Ellen and brother, Bill. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd., on Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the OES service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Monday at St. John's UCC, 1213 Washington St., Genoa at 11:00 a.m. where the family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Clay Township Cemetery.
