Catherine Faulkner Koepfler, 90 of Perrysburg, Ohio, and Scottish decent passed away peacefully on August 23, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Cass was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 10, 1926 to Robert and Jeannie Gamble. She was a loving wife of 68 years to Edward and raised five loving boys. Cass was a proud grandmother of thirteen and great-grandmother of twenty-one. She was actively involved in her boys schooling and a member of the Mother's Club. Cass was involved in the St. Charles Guild and the Yondota Chapter #317 of Eastern Star for many years. In her free time she enjoyed crafting, square dancing, playing cards, garage sales, and was a professional "couponer" to support her love for shopping. During the past 35 years she relished spending time at their cottage, on Lake Columbia, with her big family. Our fondest memory of her was to see her floating in the water on her raft. Cass is survived by her husband Edward; sons, Edward Koepfler, Thomas (Nancy) Koepfler, Alex (Sandy) Koepfler, James (Debbie) Koepfler and Greg Koepfler; grandchildren Tom (Shannon) Koepfler, Michelle (Craig) Miller, Dawn (Ryan) Sekinger, Jimmy (Jessica) Koepfler, Mike (Erika) Koepfler, Chad Koepfler, Dr. Jeff (Tammy) Koepfler, Melissa Koepfler (Darrus), Amy (Tom) Bird, Stephanie Koepfler, Benn Koepfler, and Troy and Cody Maples; great-grandchildren Mackenize, Tyler, Madasyn, Caleb, Bella, Kaiden, Nolan, Drake, Mallory, Carter, Mason, Lily, Graham, Gracie, Morgan, Evan, Alexander, Logan, Zoe and Lydnsay; sister, Aggie Prodan; brother, Sam (Sheila) Gamble; sister-in-law Miriam Keating; along with many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; 10 siblings; great-grandson, Warren Koepfler; and Greg's fiancée, Brenda Mowka. Visitation will be at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 2:00 pm – 8:00pm. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
