Cecelia R. Espinoza, 80, of Toledo, Ohio passed away January 9, 2012 at Regency Hospital. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 22, 1931 to Trinidad and Daria Salazar. Cecelia was employed at the Silver Cup Restaurant as a waitress and at the Jobst Institute. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Cecelia enjoyed playing bingo and poker especially with her family. Surviving are her children, Yolanda (Curtis) Haines, Juanita Espinoza, Michael (Helen) Espinoza, Dolores Salazar, Donna (Brian) Warrell, Lucia (John) Cosgrove, Eloysa (Max) Espinoza and Manuel Espinoza; grandchildren, Mateo, Tuburico, Alex, John, Raymond, Andy, Joseph, Steven, Brian, Eric, April, Gabrial, Sylvia and Olivia; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Victoria Garza, Juanita Garcia and Sally Sanchez. Cecelia was preceded in death by her husband, Michael A.; daughter, Pauline Espinoza Zapata; parents; brothers, Manuel, Ambrose, Larry, Trinidad and Joseph Salazar; sister, Mary Szoda. Visitation will be held on Friday at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road from 2-9 p.m. with a rosary service at 7p.m. Funeral services will begin with prayers in the funeral home on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. and proceed to Good Shepherd Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
