Cecelia "Maryann" Haase, 77, of Oregon, OH, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 7, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love. Cecelia was born on August 29, 1947 and came into the world with a servant's heart.

She loved to serve others, it is how she showed her love. As a waitress, a cook and then as the owner of Sunrise Café and Grill of Perrysburg. Maryann was always hosting and catering wedding receptions, baby showers, tea parties, social functions, and she loved it.

She was known for her outrageous sense of humor and loved laughing almost as much as she loved cooking and helping others. As a longtime member of Beta Sigma Phi, Maryann also made a meaningful impact on the lives of others. She held every office in her chapter, was president of her chapter's city council, and was awarded "Woman of the Year" many times. Maryann loved her Bunco friends, which started just after high school and remained very close throughout her lifetime, for over 50 years they met monthly.

She is survived by her children, Ed (Vicky), Jodi, Michael and Jeremy (Brie); 10 grandchildren, Alexander, Abi, Aaron, Sydney, Aeris, Logan, Lily, Isabelle, Jonah, Dylan; great-granddaughter, Emma; siblings, Katie (Stan), Rayman (Patty), and Dennis (Elizabeth); and many loving friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 21, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., where a Memorial Service to Celebrate Maryann's life will begin at 4:00 p.m.
