Charlene A. Dee, 62, of Toledo, OH passed away Sunday, March 5, 2006 in St. Charles Mercy Hospital. She was born in Toledo, OH on March 12, 1943 to Cyril and Margureite (Zitzmann) Notheis. Charlene was retired from Local 8 as a benefit administrator and bookkeeper. Surviving are her children, Judi (Don) Price, Toni (John Mullins) Gargac, Joel (Rene) Gargac; grandchildren, Randy, Jennifer, Cody and Hailey; brother and sisters, David Notheis, Patty Cousino and Victoria Meyer. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, son, Christopher and brother, Mike Notheis. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
