Obituary

Charles "Chuck" Anthony Heineman, 52, passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2026, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. He was born on March 5, 1974 in Toledo, Ohio to John Perez and Teresa Heineman.

A proud graduate of Waite High School, Chuck lived life on his own terms and made a lasting impression wherever he went. He was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State Buckeyes, proudly supporting his teams through every season and sharing that passion with family and friends.

Chuck found peace on the water while fishing and enjoyment in listening to the timeless music of Led Zeppelin. Known for his sharp sense of style, he took pride in fashion and always had a way of expressing his personality through the way he dressed.

More than anything, Chuck will be remembered for the joy he brought to others. He was goofy, funny, and a natural entertainer whose quick wit and sense of humor could brighten anyone's day. Whether he was telling stories, cracking jokes, or simply being himself, he had a remarkable ability to make people smile. He was often the life of the party and the kind of person whose presence made every gathering better.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Lexis (Marcus) Stewart; and grandson, Saint Stewart.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Maria Perez-Schoenhofer; and grandpa, Kenneth Heineman.

His laughter, kindness, and unforgettable personality will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Though his passing leaves a tremendous void, the memories he created and the happiness he shared will live on in the hearts of family and friends forever.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be a private celebration of life at a later date.
