Charles O. "George" Kinstler, 73, of Oregon, Ohio passed away peacefully in his residence with his wife by his side on Sunday, June 5, 2022. George was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 7, 1948 to Charles and Gracie (Wilson) Kinstler. George had worked for the Sacred Heart Home for the Aged, Little Sisters of the Poor for 30 years retiring in 2012. In his spare time he enjoyed camping, fishing and doing puzzles. He was a member of Ashland Baptist Church. Surviving are his loving wife, Linda; daughter Shannon (Andrew) Bigelow; grandchildren Jonathan Waldvogel and Desiree Alexander; 3 great grandchildren; also surviving are many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Vincent Michael; siblings, Marcella, Martha and William. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday from 2-8 pm and where his funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial Contributions may be made to Ashland Baptist Church.
