Charles Lawhorn Jr., 75, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Arbors of Oregon. He was born in Ironton, Ohio on January 6, 1948 to Charles and Pauline (Crager) Lawhorn Sr. After graduating from DeVilbiss High School, he would go on and work as a Truck Driver. He was an avid bowler, enjoyed watching football, cheering on his Green Bay Packers and loved driving around with his life partner, Janet looking at nature and wildlife.

Charles is survived by his life partner, Janet Weott, children, Charlie (Kellie Ripley) Lawhorn III, Becky Elder-Peters, Lorie Beal, Angela Mercer; grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; siblings, Ruth Evelyn Elder, Lydia (Bobby) Pillow, Charlene (Tim) Mitchell, Nancy (David) Church; brother, Marty (Kathy) Lawhorn; brother-in-law, Noah Farmer; sister-in-law, Linda (Kieth Steele) Wilson; and many niece, nephews and loving family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Ann Lawhorn.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, Ohio 43616 on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
