Charles E. Roberts, 61, of Lorain, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 25, 2011 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio at Toledo. Mr. Roberts was born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania on November 20, 1949 to Charles A. and Elizabeth (Dill) Roberts. He was a US Army veteran. Charles was employed as a chemist for Chem Tron Corporation in Avon, Ohio for 13 years. He was a member of the American Chemical Society and loved woodworking and following his sports teams. Surviving are his wife of 19 years, Joyce; daughter, Melissa (Brad) Salisbury; grandchild, Lauren Salisbury. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Doris. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2011 from 2 to 5 pm in the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Oregon, Ohio with funeral services beginning on Sunday at 5:00 pm.
