Charles J. 'œChuck' Sentle Charles J. Sentle passed away on December 26, 2011 after a long battle with cancer. He was born on June 7, 1951 to Richard C. and Norma Jean (McLaughlin) Sentle. Chuck always had a strong work ethic, whether it was working with others to start a housing development in Oregon, building his own home or working as 'œThe Pool Doctor' installing and servicing swimming pools, which he did for over 30 yrs. When he wasn'™t working on pools Chuck worked as a boilermaker for Local 85. He was always ready to help any of his many friends with any projects they had to do. Chuck loved sports including bowling, golf, and was a big Michigan fan. Chuck was married to Cassandra (Liebherr) Sentle and leaves behind his daughter, Tracie (Ralph) (Girolami) Watkins; 6 step-children, Jason (Roxanne) Balonek, Danielle (Balonek) Elliott, Merranda and Michael Stulz, Elizabeth and Anne Marie Zahs; brothers, Rick (Debbie) and Tom Sentle; 10 grandchildren/step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Expressions of sympathy in Chuck'™s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society.
