Charlotte L. 'œLottie' Downey, 73, passed away on April 4, 2012 at her residence. She was born on July 11, 1938 to James and Hattie (Marsh) Hart. Charlotte was a graduate of Waite High School and worked at Eastview Nursing Home for many years. She was a member of East Toledo Baptist Church. Charlotte is survived by her children, Walter (Linda) Henry, Jack (Crystal) Henry, Sr., Mark (Sue) Henry, Terry Downey, Hattie Helland, Shirley Sue (Bob) Dingman, Glenda Huffman; 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ralph (Verlie) Hart, Allen (Dolly) Hart; sisters, Lillian Wholers, Glenda Christen, Kay Eberflus, Betsy Hart, Alice, Sharon Hart, Daisey (Charlie) Brossia, and Nancy (Lloyd) Blaque. She was preceded in death by her partner of 28 years, William Komives; parents; brothers, James, Howard, Thomas, Carl, Terry and Lonnie Hart and sister, Susy Lovell. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Friday April 6, 2012 from 2-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am with interment following in North Oregon Cemetery.
