Charlotte A. Held, 87, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Promedica Bay Park Hospital. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 13, 1934 to Carl and Josephine (Neeb) Held. Charlotte was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Toledo, Ohio. She was known for her sweet, funny and feisty personality. She enjoyed playing with her friends children. Some of her favorite activities were crossword puzzles, beading, watching baseball and also loved her Furby. Charlotte was always with her beloved sister, Dolores, they were pretty much inseparable. They worshiped for many years at St. Mark together. Most recently they both lived together at Genacross Lutheran Services-Toledo Campus, where they enjoyed attending church services, Bible studies and other activities. She was one of God's special children. Charlotte is survived by her sister, Dolores Webb; nieces, Lonna (Paul) Romstadt, Gayle (Kevin) Makin; extended family, Paula (Charles) Chadwick and their children, David Mitchell, Jessica Clark and their 7 children whom Charlotte adored. Family and friends may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 South Coy Road on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Harris Elmore Union Cemetery.
