Charlotte L. Justice 89, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on January 5, 2014 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital. Charlotte was born on October 14, 1924 to Perl and Bessie (VanDyke) Kerins. Charlotte was known for her country singing and being able to play any instrument she picked up, especially the guitar, drums, and saxophone. She loved dancing and spending time with her family. She was loved by many and will truly be missed by all. Charlotte is survived by; Richard O. Carder of 46 years; daughters, Barbara J. Ross, Charlotte K. Justice; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Wanda Justice; and sisters, Vera Hixon and Katherine Young. Friends and family may visit Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Friday, January 10, 2014 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
