Charlotte M. Shipper, 60 of east Toledo passed away  on Saturday, October 25, 2008 in her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Charlotte was born on February 20, 1948 in Chattanooga, TN to Judge and Grace (Elliott) Hamilton.  She enjoyed fishing with her family, working with crafts, and gambling with her husband. Charlotte is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, George R. Shipper; children Mick (Sherry) Rollins, Mark (Kim) Rollins, Michael (Dede) Rollins, Charlotte (Missy) Rollins, Robert (Kim) Shipper, Regina Shipper, George Ray Shipper; 22 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Judge (Pat) Hamilton, Robert (Tody) Hamilton, Doug (Sandy) Hamilton, Naomi Crossen, Adeline Rollins, Julie Christman; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Reba Davis; brothers, Jim and Joe Hollifield. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday, October 27, 2008 11 am until  the time of her funeral service at 2:30 pm.  Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.  Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Charlottes memory are asked to consider her family or to the donors choice.
