Chester S. Waclawski, 87, of Northwood, OH, passed away Friday, September 10, 2004, at St. Charles Mercy Hospital. He was born in Rossford, Ohio, on December 19, 1916, to Stanley and Mary (Kornasicwicz) Waclawski. Chester was a WWII Army Veteran. He was employed by LOF for 42 years, retiring in 1979. Chester was a skilled craftsman and will be remembered as being dedicated to his family and friends. Surviving are his wife, Florence; son, James (Cheryl) Waclawski of Palmetto, FL; sister, Stella Sobecki; two grandchildren; two great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons. Chester was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Walter Waclawski. There will be no visitation and private services will be held on Tuesday. Arrangements by Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Homes. Interment will take place in Lake Township Cemetery.
