Christine Orange, of east Toledo passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 25, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. Christine was born on January 26, 1932 in Logan County, Kentucky to Walter and Mary (Saunders) Cornilius. She was the last living of 9 children. Christine loved gardening, cooking, made great strawberry jam. She also enjoyed sewing making many, many quilts. She will be most remembered as being a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Surviving are her husband of 61 years, Edward R. Orange; sons, Danny Ray (Sharon) Orange of Riverton, WO, Kenneth (Terri) Orange of North Port, FL; daughters, Connie (William) Garber, of San Diego, CA and Cathy Orange of Toledo; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her 8 siblings. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m on Tuesday where the family will greet friends beginning at 12 noon in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon. Interment will take place in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Logan Co., Kentucky. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Christine'™s memory are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
