Ciera Michelle Brewer, 29, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on November 24, 2025, with her loving family by her side. Even in her passing, Ciera was selflessly able to give life through organ donation. Her selflessness and ability to uplift others was evident throughout her life. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 22, 1996 to David and Patricia (Manning) Brewer II. She graduated from Lake High School Class of 2015. Ciera's work ethic started at the age of 14 and continued on throughout her life always having a job whether it was her start at Burger King or most recently for Lowe's. She had many passions in life, from her abundance of clothes and make up she enjoyed sharing with her followers on social media. Ciera was also an animal lover and adored her dog Sparky. She enjoyed cooking, singing, traveling with her family and friends to different places creating many memories along the way. She had an obsession with cows, especially Highland Cows! Ciera was a creative writer, helping others who needed an advocate and a voice. Above all, Ciera cherished her family and friends who will miss her deeply.

She is survived by her parents, David and Patricia Brewer II; grandfathers, Roger Manning and David A. Brewer Sr., sisters, Brittanee (Ken) Koontz, Kassandra Brewer; nephews, Jacob and Brayden Koonz; boyfriend, Michael Gottschalk; get out of trouble uncle, Chad North; and many aunts, uncles family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Ann Brewer and Patricia Manning; brother, D.J. Brewer and cousin, Ryan Manning.

Family and friends may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd., Millbury, Ohio, on Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy in Ciera's name may be directed to the Brewer Family.
