Cindy L. Parse, 53, of Oregon, Ohio passed away Monday, February 15, 2010 at Heartland of Oregon. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 19, 1956 to Richard and Jane (Lotozinski) Sebring. Surviving are her daughters, Shaunda (Leo) Salpietro, Monica Sebring and Charlene Parse; grandchildren, Dante, Patricc and Ciana; sisters, Norma (John) Guest, Pam (Mike) Burgess and Sherry Aguilar; brother, Bill (Sherry) Sebring. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Sebring. Visitation and funeral services will be private. Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
