Cletus "Jerry" Kowalski, 80 of Oregon, Ohio Passed away peacefully in his residence with his loving wife of 55 years by his side, on Monday, October 24, 2022. Jerry was born in Toledo, Ohio to Gerald and Stella (Wasylyk) Kowalski. He was a 1960 graduate of Central Catholic High School. Jerry was a United States Air Force Veteran. Prior to his retirement in 1998, he worked as a Service Technician charged with maintaining all of AT&T's internal equipment (aka Ohio Bell/Ameritech) for 32 years.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy M. (Strug) Kowalski; daughters, Kelly Smith (Neil) and Michelle Suding (Greg), Grandchildren, Madison, Cameron & Jordan Smith & Molly, Megan and Greta Suding. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 29th, from 2:00 – 8:00 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, OH and where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00 PM. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Jerry's memory are asked to consider Lucas County Mobile Meals, where he volunteered for 10 years, the Family House Indiana Ave., Toledo, where he volunteered for the birthday parties for the children there or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
