Clifford E. Scofield, 81, of Oregon Ohio passed away September 13, 2003 in Arbors of Oregon. He was born March 1, 1922 to Edward and Ethel (Smith) Scofield in Toledo, Ohio. Clifford was a U.S. Navy veteran and was employed as an iron worker with Local #55 for 50 years, retiring in 1984. His memberships included the VFW Post #2510 and the Zenobia Shrine. Surviving are his son, Thomas Scofield and grandchild, Scott Scofield. Clifford was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Jackie. Graveside funeral services will be conducted in North Oregon Cemetery on Wednesday, September 17, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. Expressions of sympathy in Clifford's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
