Colby Joe Jablonski, precious daughter of Joseph and Whitney (Ondrus) Jablonski, was born on March 1, 2019 at Bay Park Community Hospital. Her forty hours on this Earth exceeded expectations and allowed her to pass away peacefully in the arms of her parents and big sister at home on March 3, 2019. Though her time was limited her impact was profound. Her peaceful existence brought so much love and joy to those who met her. Some people only dream of Angels, we were able to hold one in our arms. In addition to her parents, Colby is survived by her loving sister, Collins Jablonski; grandparents Raymond and Deborah Jablonski, Terrie (Jeff Giannola) Ondrus, and Gary and Kendra Ondrus; great grandparents Donna Ondrus and Delores Holtfreter; aunts and uncles Amanda Jablonski, Ryan (Ashley) Ondrus and Garrett Ondrus; cousin Reader Ondrus; and numerous relatives and friends who loved Colby through their thoughts and prayers. She was also preceded in death by great grandparents Jim and Barb Mercer, Albert Ondrus and Charlie Holtfreter. The family would also like to thank the labor and delivery unit at Bay Park, Bay Park Women's Health, Sufficient Grace Ministries and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for the exceptional care that was provided to Colby and her family. Joe and Whitney will receive family and friends at the Eggleston, Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 3-7 pm with prayer services at 6:00 pm. They will also greet family and friends on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Corpus Christi University Parish, 2599 Dorr St., Toledo, Ohio, 43607 from 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 11:00 am.
