Connie Jo Stephan Connie Jo Stephan, 54, Toledo, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 20, 2003 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on May 16, 1949 in Greensburg, KY to Arvin and Celia (Atkins) Milby who preceded her in death. Connie worked as a waitress for several years with the Bayshore Supper Club and Rusty's Jazz Cafe. Surviving are her husband, Andrew M.; step-father, Cecil Hood; daughters, Elizabeth Ann and Melissa Stephan; brother, Charles "Buck" (Ann) Milby of Summersville, KY; sister, Elizabeth (Shirden) Ratliff of Georgetown,KY; grandchildren, Brian, Samantha, Brianna and Diamond Stewart, all of Toledo, OH; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family and friends may visit at the Kinsey Funeral Home, Birmingham Chapel 2001 Consaul St. Toledo, OH on Tuesday from 4-8 pm with funeral services conducted on Wednesday at 11:00 am. Interment will be in St. Ignatius Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Connie's memory may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
