Cornell L. Langerman, 69, also known as Jim to long-time friends and co-workers, passed away quietly at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, Ohio.  He was born in Toledo, OH on December 11, 1936 to Ernest and Mary (Gargac) Langerman. .Jim had been employed by CSX and it's predecessors for over 45 years.  He seldom regarded his railroad work as a job but more like a hobby he delighted in.  Few people are so fortunate.  Jim was an avid reader and known as the neighborhood handyman.   Jim is survived by his brother, Theodore Ted Langerman along with many friends and past co-workers.   Visitation will be held on Monday May 15, 2006 from 10am until the time of service at 12 noon at the Kinsey Funeral Home Birmingham Chapel, 2001 Consaul Street, Toledo, Ohio.  Private interment will be held at N. Oregon Cemetery where he will be laid to rest beside his mother.  Memorials may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 800 S. Detroit Ave., Toledo, Ohio.
