Courtney K. Fountain, 36, of Martin, Ohio, passed away on August 28, 2021 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Courtney fought a long battle against cancer, but it never defeated her winsome spirit. Her joy came from her relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, whom she believed in with all her heart. Courtney made friends quickly. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 29, 1984 to Robert and Nancy (Douglas) Robinson. Courtney graduated from Genoa High School in 2003. She worked as a VDV Technician for Local 8 IBEW. Imaginative and creative, Courtney could do anything she put her mind to and then patiently teach others when asked. In the kitchen she could make a pie crust that not only tasted good, but was a work of art. Even with the challenges her disease and treatments brought, Courtney loved making fun and having fun with her kids. Courtney is survived by her parents, Robert and Nancy Robinson; children, Phoenix and Taelynn Fountain and their father, Larry; siblings, Candace Robinson, and Chad (Renae) Robinson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Coy Road Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 10:00 the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
