Cynthia Faye Reed, 56, of Oak Harbor, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Thursday, February 8, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Cyndi was born June 8, 1967, in Toledo, Ohio, to Francis Neal and Brenda Irene (Miner) Carter. Cyndi lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, was an avid euchre player, and member of Fremont Eagles Club #712. Her greatest joy was spending quality time cuddling with her grandchildren, watching movies and dancing with the music at full blast. Cyndi will be lovingly remembered as feisty and stubborn who shared her love generously with those close to her.

Cyndi is survived by her fiancée, Brian Wilburn; children, Ashley, Aricca, Zakk, Thomas (Chad) and Tony (Jodi); mother, Brenda Carter; grandchildren, Autumn, Wyatt, Madelynn, Jaylynn, Lily, and Ian; brothers, Alan (MaryAnne) Carter, and Jeff (Becky) Carter; along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father.

A Celebration of Cyndi's life will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Toledo Police Patrolman's Association Union Hall, 1947 Franklin Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43604.   Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home.
