Cindy Short, 51, of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2015. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 11, 1963 to Albert Mickens and Patricia (Forgach) Marchlewski. Cindy was a loving mother who cared for many over the years. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a hard worker raising her family on her own. Cindy enjoyed bowling, crocheting, bingo and bunco. Cindy is survived by her mother, Patricia (Fred) Marchlewski; children, Joshua (Stephanie Buck) Rainey, Jessica (Ruben Roughton) Rainey, Michael Marsh, Aaron and Andrew (Brooke) Short; grandmother, Verna Forgach; siblings, Craig (Connie) Mickens, Tony (Karen) Mickens, Bob (Kathy Naus) Marchlewski, Mike Marchlewski, Kay (Ronnie) DeSheles, Hope (Ray) Bachmayer; 7 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews; and special friend, Glen Short. She was preceded in death by Al (Honey) Mickens; daughter, Jennifer Rainey; and LeAnn Binder. Friends may call at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S.
