Daisy A. Davis, 95, of Genoa, Ohio went unexpectedly to her heavenly home on Christmas Day. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 16, 1918 to Frank and Annalaura (Hill) Gust. In her earlier years, Daisy was employed at Collins & Parker and Tiedtke'™s. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Williston, an avid golfer and a 65 year member of the Chippewa Golferettes. Surviving are her children, Shirley A. (Richard) Crosskill, Walbridge, OH and Dean D. (Janet) Davis of Waterville, OH; 5 grandchildren, Debbie Anderson, Terrie (Larry) Ziegler, Shelley Snider, Todd Davis and Tadd (Erin) Davis; 14 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren. Daisy was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Elroy and husband, Donald A. Davis in 1996. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, on Friday, December 27, 2013 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in St. John Lutheran Church 21140 W. Toledo St., Williston, OH where the family will greet visitors after 10:00 a.m. Interment will be private in Lake Township Cemetery. In keeping with Daisy'™s wishes, memorial contributions in her memory may be directed to St. John Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, Williston, Ohio.
