Daniel S. Dan Pacer, 83, of Northwood, OH, passed away quietly on Saturday, January 4, 2003 after a brief stay at the Manor of Perrysburg. He was a WWII veteran and very proud to have served our country. On November 24, 1951, he married the love of his life, Genevieve (Brauer) Pacer and she preceded him in death on April 27, 1999. His sister, Gertrude Dombroski passed away on February 8, 2002. He is survived by his niece, Diane Dombrowiak and his faithful friend, Cathy Glenser. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Avenue Oregon, Ohio on Wednesday from 12 noon until the time of service at 2 pm. Interment will take place in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorials may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
