Daniel C. Saunders, 54, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2009, in his home. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 4, 1954, to Clyde and Mildred (French) Saunders. He was employed by the Chrysler Corporation in the maintenance department for 11 years before taking a buy-out in 2008. Dan enjoyed being outdoors, especially camping and fishing. Surviving are his sons, Josh, Sean (Erin) and Kent Saunders; mother, Mildred Saunders; sisters, Linda (Shad) Rader, Barb (Jeff) Scheibel, Susan Pate and Donna (Steve) Albanese. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Connie Szepicla. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Friday, February 20, 2009, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Lake Township Cemetery.
