David Troy Blair, 36, of Luckey, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015. Troy was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 28, 1978 to David Blair and Belinda Howard. Troy worked as a roofer and as a commercial fisherman on Lake Erie. Troy is survived by his parents, David (Shelly) Blair & Belinda (Joe Ward) Howard; daughters, Amber Blair and Kadence Howard; siblings, Ashley Blair, Jimmy Blair, Angel Blair, Cory Carr, Joshua Carr, and Ian Carr; grandparents, Ron and Irene Cieslewicz; along with many loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Jean Blair. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 26, 2015 at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Private interment will take place.
