David Domini Jr. 85, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2006 at St. Luke's Hospital with his loving family present. He was born in Yanok, Czechoslovakia on June 9, 1920, to David and Mary (Potoczky) Domini. David was a retired tool and die maker from Chrysler Machining Plant for the past 20years. He was a WWII veteran of the United States Navy, and a member of VFW Post #4906 and of St. Stephen's Church. In past years he enjoyed bowling and golf. In more recent times David enjoyed mentoring his grandsons on the golf course, and working in his yard.
Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Julia H. (Fuleky), son, Robert D. (Linda Marie) Domini of Perrysburg, Ohio; daughters, Linda (Luke Black) Webb of Maumee, Ohio and Cindy A. (Tim) Hold of Perrysburg, Ohio; grandchildren, Anthony, Nichole, Aaron, Adam and Alyssa. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Louis Domini, and step-mother, Mary Domini.
Family and friends may visit at the Kinsey Funeral Home, Birmingham Chapel, 2001 Consaul St., Toledo, Ohio on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. with VFW services at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 10 a.m. with interment following at St. Ignatius Cemetery.
