David P. Schnell,68, formerly of Oregon, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 in Tiffin, Ohio where he had resided for the past 8 years. He was born on September 13, 1942 to Paul and Florence (Reifert) Schnell. David worked at the family'™s market for 16 years and after that worked at St. Charles Hospital for 15 years. He enjoyed collecting model cars and trains and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. David was a former member of St. Mark'™s Lutheran Church and a current member of First Lutheran Church in Tiffin. David is survived by his sister, Paula (Ron) Guisinger, nieces, Susan and Megan Guisinger; nephew, Matthew (Erin) Guisinger. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends and Family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon, Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. the time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Willow Cemetery.
