David Ward, 55, of Toledo, OH passed away June 6, 2004 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born in Carville, TN to Kolmer and Glines (Riseden) Ward. David was employed as welder at Libbey Glass. Surviving are his children, Robin, David, Jr. and Travis Ward; mother, Glines Ward; granddaughter, Katie (Kathryn) Ward; step-daughter, Ashley Benson; brothers, Don (Shelby), Mike, Rick, Larry (Shirley) Ward; sister, Carol (WT) Coward. David was preceded in death by his father and first wife, Kathleen Ward. Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S.
